THIRTY FLOORS

Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

In short: no account, no advertising. Your game stays on your device. We count visits with Google Analytics only if you say yes.

What stays on your device

The game uses your browser's local storage to remember: your progress between acts (so you can continue later), whether you have finished one full game (this unlocks replaying single acts), whether the sound is on, whether you have seen the content note, and your answer about visit statistics. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.

You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Visit statistics, only with your consent

On your first visit, the game asks whether we may count visits with Google Analytics. If you say no, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. If you say yes, it helps us understand how many people play and how far they get, so we can improve the game.

With your consent, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location (country or region), your type of device and browser, how long you stay, and a few moments in the game: starting a game, finishing an act, continuing a saved game and finishing the whole game. It sets cookies whose names start with "_ga" to recognise repeat visits.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States. You can change your answer at any time with the "Visit statistics" link at the bottom of the home screen; if you withdraw, the Google Analytics cookies on this site are deleted.

The fonts are served from this site, so without your consent your browser makes no request to Google or other third parties while you play.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. Like any web server, it keeps technical logs (such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type) to run the site and keep it secure.

Links to other sites

If you follow a link to another site, such as findahelpline.com, that site's own privacy rules apply.

Your rights

Under Swiss data protection law (nLPD) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info [at] thirtyfloors [dot] com.
